Lost or Delayed Packages

NOTFROMHERE is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, or incorrect shipping information provided by the customer.

Because items are produced specifically for each order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Wrong size selection
  • Buyer’s remorse
  • Minor color variations

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Refunds
